Awesome service! Went in the drive-thru; no waiting to order. Our frappacinos were delivered in a very timely manner. The barista was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor! A wonderful way to get caffeinated!!

I like the layout of this Starbucks but the people manning the register (not the drive thru) sometimes bungle up my order. They are quick to correct it but it takes time that didn't need to be taken. The drive through is amazing!
Another big peeve I have is their bar is not stocked. They don't have 2% milk (or any milk) and the half and half is usually empty. I'm not sure how often they refill it but it's always empty and I don't see anyone even checking them regularly. I really wish they refilled it regularly and had chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon powders there as well. When other Starbucks can do it, they can too. Please please fix them! -

830 on a Saturday morning, at my local Starbucks, meeting a friend as a do frequently here, and the woman at the counter just has to point out that she thinks I'm not from here. "Where are you from?" Can I just get my AM coffee like any other white customer? "I'm from here". I smiled. "No, where are you really from? " Because, obviously, the brown woman, who is at the Starbucks 5 min from her home, who has no accent (because I'm from Missouri), who actually worked at Starbucks Westgate all through college, must be too stupid to know where she's from. "I'm from here, I live down the street".
It's Silicon Valley lady, stop with the microaggressions and the racism. Starbucks should want every customer to feel welcome. I'd like to get a cup of coffee as easily as any white woman. And if you want to know why I'm brown, just say so. Why do some people insist on pointing out to brown people that they don't belong here?
It didn't help that the Americano I ordered took forever because the barista forgot about it. I get this stuff happens, that wasn't a big deal. The microaggression sorta ruined my morning. -

Nice shiny new Starbucks location at Prospect and Lawrence. Plenty of seating inside and shaded tables out front. Two huge gender neutral restrooms. All the usual Starbucks food and beverages. Really friendly baristas on my visit. I'll be back.

This Starbucks has a drive through "pretty cool" did I us it? No lol.
Pretty big Starbucks on the inside, nice signage and very clean. They have cold brew on tap, whaat? See pics. One of the main reasons I'm giving this location 5 stars is because when I went to use my app to pay for some reason I couldn't do it. I told the employee and gave him my phone. The employee quickly checked and said you don't have a card loaded "What?!! I got at least $80 dollars on my app card! (Him) hmmm maybe your logged off your app? Then it hit me, I just updated my I phone last week. (Argh, stupid Apoo phone) (Him) just enter in your password on the Starbucks app (me) man it's been 3 year I have no idea what my password is (stupid, stupid Apoo phone!) (Him) does something in the app then hands me the phone. Long story short he was able to get the app up and running again C:
This employee not only knew what he was selling he also knows the ins and out of the companies app and is good at customer service. So bottom line this Starbucks gets all 5 stars "one more thin" the Hot matcha green tea tea I ordered was also very good
